Week 38--New Area
I am now serving in Sewell, NJ. I am currently covering the ward in Sewell and the Pitman YSA (Young Single Adult). It is going to be interesting to be in a YSA branch. My new companion is Elder Harl and he is from San Jose, CA. One of his stress relievers is cooking, so he cooks for the both of us a lot.
So far, I think this ward is awesome. The bishop is a freemasonry (fraternity of stonemasons), and he gave us tickets to a chicken barbecue they had last Saturday. Everyone in the ward is really friendly, and we are working really closely with the leaders of the ward. I feel like there could be great promise here, and we just have to put in the effort to achieve it.
